➤ IT

This course is designed for students who want to look into the field of computer science or who want to start programming. It is also the opportunity to develop their foreign language skills in a professional context. Opportunities for learning extend far beyond the academic sessions. Students have the chance to visit some of the country’s most renowned and international companies. Basic computer experience is required. No previous knowledge of programming is required.

Students can choose between the two IT courses on offer.

Course 1. Introduction to Game Programming (with Python Language) Course 2. Introduction to Web Development (HTML + CSS + AngularJS)

If you are new to programming with Python and are looking for solid introduction, this is the course for you. Python is a widely used high-level, general-purpose, dynamic programming language. It is easy to learn and professional at the same time (YouTube, Drop Box, Eve Online are built with it).  It has simple easy-to-use syntax, making it the perfect language for someone trying to learn computer programming for the first time.

During the course you will get acquainted with main programming principles:
• Variables (for simple data manipulation)

• Action (games)!

Our games will be simple copies of Pong, FlappyBird, Asteroids.

By the end of this course, you will acquire the skills that you need for practical Python programming, and learn how these skills can be put to use in real-world scenarios.

Everything you see in a website is a result of the combination of HTML and CSS. With these two languages, you will have the skills you need to bring your website design to life.

As a web developer, you'll need to learn how to use new frameworks on a regular basis. AngularJS is a full-featured framework that is incredibly popular among developers. Products built with AngularJS include YouTube Video Manager, The Weather Channel, several Google products, and Tinder.

This course is dedicated to helping beginners learn to code HTML, CSS & JS in a simple and comprehensive way. Outlining the fundamentals, you will work through all common elements of front-end design and development.

The course consists of:
Building your first Web Page:
• Getting to know HTML
• Getting to know CSS
