Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to official e-mail and 100% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached us before May 05, 2015. No refunds can be granted after this date.

Guidelines
Abstract, Proceeding and Poster
Abstracts must be written in English. The abstract should not exceed 200 words and should contain the objective of the study, the methods used, the results obtained, and conclusions. Keywords (max. 6 words) should be listed directly below the abstract body. Tables, figures and references should not be included in the abstract.
Proceedings must be written in English. The paper should be divided into the following sections: Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, and References. All charts, photographs and images should be black and white (no colours). The list of references should be included at the end of the text in alphabetical order. Abstract book will be published before conference.
Abstract deadline: March 16, 2015
